　　5月23日，“杰克船长”约翰尼-德普的第二任妻子Amber Heard提出离婚申请，并要求对方支付配偶赡养费(spousal support)。
　　之后，德普也提出了离婚申请，因二人没有签订婚前协议(prenuptial agreement)，所以德普通过律师拒绝了支付配偶赡养费的要求。
　　过了几天，Amber Heard又向法庭提起诉讼，称德普对她实施家暴。法庭对德普发出限制令(restraining order)，要求他与Amber Heard至少保持100码的距离。
　　对此，德普的女儿Lily-Rose及其母亲Vanessa Paradis公开发声，表示德普是很有爱的父亲，是敏感、温暖的人，否认其有暴力倾向。
　　Vanessa Paradis曾与德普交往14年，育有一女一子。

　　On May 27, Heard filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Depp.

　　In her court filing, she alleged that Depp was verbally and physically abusive toward her throughout their four-year relationship and that he has a problem with substance abuse.

　　The judge granted a temporary restraining order requiring Johnny to stay 100 yards away from her until a court hearing in June, and gave her sole use of their downtown L.A. apartment, but declined to order any temporary spousal support for her or require Depp to stay away from her dog, Pistol.

　　Mr Depp’s ex-wife, Lori Anne Allison, also chose to speak out. The actor was a “soft person” who had never once shouted during their two-year marriage, she said.

　　Heard's attorneys said in a statement that the actress had refused to file a police report after a May 21 argument with Depp that left a bruise on her face out of concern for his career and to protect her privacy.
